ABSTRACT:

Manuscripts are accompanied by an English abstract and an Indonesian abstract with a structured form (Introduction, Aim, Method, Result, Conclusion) for English and a structured form (Background, Objective, Method, Result, Conclusion) for Indonesian. Abstract using Times New Roman-10 point Italic format, less than 200 words. References should not be used in the abstract. Decimal numbers use commas (for example, p = 0,016), not periods. Each abstract ends with a maximum of five keywords. Keywords are written alphabetically and use sentence case, for example: Malnutrition, rural, toddlers, urban.

INTRODUCTION:

The introduction should explain the background, objectives, and summary of up-to-date primary literature studies (up-to-date) that have been conducted, and it is important to convey the gap that occurs between previous research and the research proposed in the manuscript. The explanation in the manuscript/article must be specific as to why the proposed topic is important to be published, and the contribution of the manuscript to nutrition and public health. This includes the novelty of the proposed study. Finally, it is recommended to formulate general research objectives.

METHODS:

AcTion: Aceh Nutriton Journal, in the delivery of methods, must be able to explain how the research method or experiment has been carried out. Researchers explain the design used, equipment, methods of data collection and processing, and the type of statistics used to analyze hypotheses. If the research is conducted in nature, then the author describes the research area, location, and the work performed. This section describes in detail and clearly how the research was conducted until the interpretation stage. In addition, please mention the ethical approval at the end of the Methods section.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:

In the Results section, the authors should present concise data with a review using narrative text, tables, or figures. Only results are presented, with no interpretation of the data or conclusions from the data in this section.

Data collected in tables/figures must be complemented by narrative text and presented in a form that is easy to comprehend. writing decimal numbers using comma punctuation, not period punctuation (for example, 65,8% or p = 0,016). Do not repeat data that have been presented in tables and figures.

This can be seen in the Template (id) or Template (en).

Furthermore, a discussion is included after the presentation of the results in each sub-chapter. The discussion section must interpret the data with the observed patterns. The relationship between the variables can be conveyed clearly. The author must include an explanation that is different from the hypothesis or results that are different or similar to any research results or related findings conducted by other researchers. Each result does not always have to be significant, but negative results also need to be explained and may be important to change in the author's manuscript.

CONCLUSIONS:

The conclusion subchapter is a brief and precise statement elaborated from the research results and discussion to prove the truth of the hypothesis. In other words, this section answers the specific objectives of the study. The conclusion no longer includes the results of the analysis in the form of numbers and is written in paragraph form rather than in the form of numbering or bullet points.

Next, we provide suggestions in this section. The suggestions should be in the form of policies and practical efforts to solve the problems faced based on the results of the study.
