AcTion: Aceh Nutrition Journal, is a journal under the Department of Nutrition at the Health Polytechnic of Aceh, Ministry of Health, with Decree Number: HK.03.05/2087/2017, with the first publication in the Print version with  ISSN 2527-3310 in 2016, then also publish the Online version using the Open Journal System (OJS) with  E-ISSN 2548-5741.

Since 2017, AcTion: Aceh Nutrition Journal has officially used OJS with URL: http://ejournal.poltekkesaceh.ac.id/index.php/an. Accreditation results from the Ministry of Research and Technology (RISTEKDIKTI) are appropriate Decree No. 28/E/KPT/2019 has shown that the Action: Aceh Nutrition  Journal is accredited with Sinta 3.

On January 27, 2020, AcTion: Aceh Nutrition Journal, it has also collaborated (Memorandum of Understanding) with the PERSAGI (Indonesian Nutrition Association) through the Cooperation Agreement, Number HK.03.01/753/2020 and Number 321/DPP-PERSAGI/SEK/IV/2020. Download the Cooperation Agreement.

AcTion: Aceh Nutrition Journal, through the application for Re-Accreditation in 2020, the status or rank has changed to Sinta 2 which is expressed in Decree No: 148/M/KPT/2020 

Since 2023, AcTion: Aceh Nutrition Journal has increased the frequency of its periodicals to 3 monthly (March, June, September, and December). The publication starts from Volume 8 Number 1, 2023, onwards.
